Red Hot Charcoal Grill

This is my boss. His name is Kevin, although I'm pretty sure his Chinese name is Chi. He's from Hong Kong, has been in Australia 10 years I think, 8 in Melbourne 2 in Adelaide. Hes been to most continents and a lot of countries, can speak Cantonese & Mandarin (which I guess is pretty staple when you're from Hong Kong) as well as a rough version of English. He owns Red Hot Charcoal Grill, the restaurant I work at in Adelaide's China Town.

It's probably the weirdest place I've worked at yet. It's main deal is all you can eat meat (all you can meat). The meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, kangaroo, quail... etc.) is cook on rotating skewers above charcoal, but not like a kebab/yiros place where all the meat is millions of slithers jammed together, there's one great big hunk of meat. One of my jobs there is to take the skewer with the hunk on it to whom ever has ordered all you can meat and carve bit off with super sharp, scaled down machette. Weird.
